The room was decent sized and newly remodelled and offered with the bedroom, a dressing table plus a hairdryer. The location was particularly good and handy for exploring this nice quiet area, next to the centre and the port and Close enough to walk to town.

Had a very lovely stay for a night, everything was very good. This hotel was good value as opposed to other options. The staff were lively and knowledgeable, gave us great tips. The breakfast was free with scrambled egg as an extra and with outstanding food. Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to the public areas, the festival at the Spa and art gallery.

The location for Scarborough was great and easy, close to a beautiful park that leads to the local art gallery in a gorgeous Georgian mansion, sea front one way and town the other and the hill above the village. And it's not very far from Rice & Spice, ate there once or twice. The lounge restaurant served a lot of excellent food.

Staff were helpful, lovely base for short stay. The hotel was near to italian gardens and you can walk to peasholm park. The cask inn, which can be found only 100 m away, was a fast option. Keep your car at the public parking.
